Vladislav “Qweall” Pivkin is a Ukrainian figure in the Counter-Strike scene; his HLTV profile gives his role as coach. HLTV’s historical team record lists Taipan (March 2023–January 2024) and 15 Average (2024), but this record alone does not confirm that these were appearances as a player.
In 2024, 15 Average took first place in the closed Middle Eastern qualifier for the RMR of PGL CS2 Major Copenhagen 2024. On 28 January the team defeated Onyx Ravens 2:1.
