About the item

Description

The USP-S combines a familiar sidearm with a removable suppressor; quiet shots and gentle recoil reward patient accuracy. For the Serum treatment, it has been painted in a digital pattern with metallic paints of various reflectivities over a chrome base coat.

The artwork is distributed across the body so that broad panels and smaller mechanical details read as parts of one treatment. The main accents sit across the body, while working components retain a more restrained and readable appearance.

History

The Serum design joined the Counter-Strike catalog as a distinct work with its own family of variants.

The release gave the design its own place and separated it from similar work introduced at a later date. The USP-S variants of Serum differ in preservation, yet all belong to the same original work.

Rarity

The rarity tier assigned to USP-S | Serum is Classified. Every condition inherits the same tier because rarity is attached to the design itself.

Within the USP-S family, rarity provides a stable point of comparison. Special editions do not receive a new rarity; their labels describe the version rather than its place in the hierarchy.

Characteristics

The Serum treatment works with that character instead of burying the item's form beneath decoration.

On the USP-S, the Serum treatment uses the Anodized Multicolored method, shaping the way the image meets its material and geometry. Wear changes the preservation of individual areas, yet the underlying composition and its main idea remain recognizable.

Recognition

USP-S | Serum is easy to recognize through the pairing of a familiar silhouette with a distinct surface treatment. Its identity does not depend on inspecting tiny details.

On the USP-S, the appeal of Serum comes from the way artwork, surface, and silhouette support one another. Condition adds another visible distinction: cleaner examples preserve more of the original detail, while abrasion gives the same design a rougher, quieter character.

Availability

In the catalog, USP-S | Serum appears in standard edition, StatTrak™ and Souvenir. The USP-S exterior range includes Factory New, Minimal Wear and Field-Tested; these conditions do not alter edition type.

No dedicated container is listed for Serum. Its available editions and conditions are still treated separately. The availability of one variant depends on its edition and condition together, not merely on the family name.

Origin

It belongs to these collections: The Arms Deal 2 Collection.

Versions

The regular version is issued without a kill counter; StatTrak™ adds a kill counter to the item; Souvenir preserves the traits of a tournament item.

Edition describes the item’s added properties, while condition concerns the surface; the two should not be treated as interchangeable.
