About the item
Description
The USP-S combines a familiar sidearm with a removable suppressor; quiet shots and gentle recoil reward patient accuracy. For the Silent Shot treatment, the gunsmith treatment mixes worked metal with painted sections, allowing separate materials to remain distinct within one design.
The artwork is distributed across the body so that broad panels and smaller mechanical details read as parts of one treatment.
History
The Silent Shot design joined the Counter-Strike catalog as a distinct work with its own family of variants.
The release gave the design its own place and separated it from similar work introduced at a later date. On the USP-S, every Silent Shot condition and special edition refers back to the same original design.
Rarity
The rarity tier assigned to USP-S | Silent Shot is Mil-Spec Grade. Every condition inherits the same tier because rarity is attached to the design itself.
Within the USP-S family, rarity provides a stable point of comparison. The tier unites the family, while edition type describes the properties of an individual variant.
Characteristics
The Silent Shot treatment works with that character instead of burying the item's form beneath decoration.
On the USP-S, the Silent Shot treatment uses the Gunsmith method, shaping the way the image meets its material and geometry. As wear increases, parts of the surface may lose definition without turning the treatment into a different design.
Recognition
USP-S | Silent Shot is easy to recognize through the pairing of a familiar silhouette with a distinct surface treatment. Its identity does not depend on inspecting tiny details.
On the USP-S, the appeal of Silent Shot comes from the way artwork, surface, and silhouette support one another. Condition adds another visible distinction: cleaner examples preserve more of the original detail, while abrasion gives the same design a rougher, quieter character.
Availability
The edition range for USP-S | Silent Shot consists of standard edition, StatTrak™ and Souvenir. Surface condition on the USP-S is represented by Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred, shaping each individual example.
No dedicated container is listed for Silent Shot. Its available editions and conditions are still treated separately. Matching wear alone does not make two items the same version: edition comes first, followed by surface condition.
Origin
The official Counter-Strike release remains the source context for Silent Shot. This USP-S item has no container of its own; other release records establish its place in the catalog.
The Silent Shot work found its catalog position on this model. The official release established the design’s place in the catalog and its connection with the original item group.
Versions
The USP-S | Silent Shot family includes standard edition, StatTrak™ and Souvenir. The regular edition retains the item’s base properties; the StatTrak™ edition adds a confirmed-kill counter; Souvenir preserves the traits of a tournament item.
Edition describes the item’s added properties, while condition concerns the surface; the two should not be treated as interchangeable.
