About the item
Description
The SCAR-20 combines rapid follow-up shots with heavy long-range damage; its weight and sluggish movement demand a deliberate commitment. For the Army Sheen treatment, it has been covered in a metallic foil stamped with a camouflage pattern.
The design uses the shape of the body without hiding the familiar transitions between the weapon components. The main accents sit across the body, while working components retain a more restrained and readable appearance.
History
The Army Sheen design joined the Counter-Strike catalog as a distinct work with its own family of variants.
Its first release remains the starting point from which the rest of the skin family developed. On the SCAR-20, every Army Sheen condition and special edition refers back to the same original design.
Rarity
In the item catalog, SCAR-20 | Army Sheen is classified as Consumer Grade. The classification is shared by every variant even when their surfaces show different preservation.
For the SCAR-20, the label describes the skin’s position within the wider catalog. The added properties of an edition do not change the tier assigned to the underlying artwork.
Characteristics
The Army Sheen treatment works with that character instead of burying the item's form beneath decoration.
On the SCAR-20, the Army Sheen treatment uses the Anodized Multicolored method, shaping the way the image meets its material and geometry. Abrasion touches individual zones and edges without disrupting the logic of the original composition.
Recognition
SCAR-20 | Army Sheen is easy to recognize through the pairing of a familiar silhouette with a distinct surface treatment. Its identity does not depend on inspecting tiny details.
A clear visual rhythm keeps Army Sheen from disappearing beside other finishes made for the SCAR-20. Condition adds another visible distinction: cleaner examples preserve more of the original detail, while abrasion gives the same design a rougher, quieter character.
Availability
The available editions of SCAR-20 | Army Sheen are standard edition and Souvenir. Surface condition on the SCAR-20 is represented by Factory New, Minimal Wear and Field-Tested, shaping each individual example.
No dedicated container is listed for Army Sheen. Its available editions and conditions are still treated separately. Every pairing of edition and wear is treated independently, even when the visible differences appear small.
Origin
It belongs to these collections: The Chop Shop Collection.
Versions
This SCAR-20 | Army Sheen skin comes in standard edition and Souvenir. The regular edition retains the item’s base properties; the souvenir version belongs to its corresponding tournament event.
Edition establishes the kind of variant, while condition describes its surface. Both are needed for an accurate comparison. One design unites the SCAR-20 | Army Sheen variants, but every pairing of edition and condition keeps its own place in the catalog.
